wow im getting on to 5 months smoke free and 1 and a half stone heavier, :-(
I must say i am doing something about it, dieting is not my thing but i am bike riding to work every saturday, it takes me 1 hour each way and i have noticed that my butt is getting to be a bit firmer lol....
