i am naughty

well I got to admit I am naughty after not been around yet again on my blog I only remembered i had my blog while watching Sue Wilson in the past hour on create and craft.. any way here are a few cards i have made over the past few months.

I have not been very good at keeping up to date with my blogging have i ? It is now 8 months since i last posted time sure does fly,i have made cards over the past 8 months many for colleauges at work i really must try harder here, i have got back on to facebook where i have paid all my attention to my page on there i have a page on there called Sonia's cards so i think i will have to transfer my makes over to here. I hope all are well and keeping warm as these last few days have been bitter cold. I am going to add a few cards here. Victorian boot

I am back

I am back after a year away from my blog i completely forgot about it :-( i only realised i still had it when i looked on Janet and Megans blog, that is what facebook does to you lol.... I do not use facebook much anymore so i can concentrate more here.
Well a lot has happend over the past year i have had a new arrival a gorgeouse granddaughter called Kaylee which in total now i have 3 grandchildren.
I have been promoted at work from Checkout's to Cash Office hours are alot better than i was doing before.
I also have been doing some mother's day card's over the past wk so i will post a few up over the next few day's.
Any way that's enough about me i must get off and get some sleep work in the morning and time is getting on so if you happen to drop by and read my post please feel free to leave me a comment,

January makes

Just a couple so far this year, Macho Torso from the glitter girls range made him for a friend's 50th Birthday.

I have made a Batch of cards which i am not sure what to do with yet :-/ i was thinking of a craft fair... Hmmmm but i have to make a lot if i am going to do that we will see what happens in the future.
Anyway i hope you enjoy what i have made so far and i will post all my other makes over the next few days.

Time fly's

Oh dear it has been a while since i last posted, How bad is that ? I have been busy at work, mind that is no excuse is it really ? :-(

I hope you all had a wonderful christmas and a very happy new year and everyone kept warm in all that terrible weather. We had frozen pipes most days but we got by Christmas was quiet in our flat, i and gary only had 2 days off work we enjoyed our time together and the x-box was banned on xmas day :-)

I must start doing more on here i have a project on the go and i will post it as soon as i can.

Birthday cards

It will be my grandson's first Birthday in a few wks so i made his card today along with a card from his sister Ellie.

Ellie is only 5 yrs old and she did choose the image herself from a collection of Digi stamps but i had to colour and make the card as she is not here at my place. But she will write on the inside herself when i go over to see them.

A Xmas card for my partner

I made this card yet again on my favourite Board, made for Gary i used some decorative frosty snow from a poundland shop near me in Hanley and this stuff looks like the flowersoft, if you are on a budget like me then it is worth giving this stuff a go and the bag is quite large. I used it to trim round the edges of the Basque.

My drawing of Polar Bear + my very first freebie for you.

Hi there i just wanted to let you all know that i have drawn a cute Polar Bear i have made a card up using it and i am really pleased with it,

Here you can use my drawing if you want to but please do not pass it off as your own, if any one would like to share it with other crafters etc please send them here to take a copy.

christmas cards

Here i used the snowman from the same site above and also the snowman can be found in the decoupage section. this one i used decorative papers peel offs and of course my newest board The Boudoir.

Hello there,

Hope to find you all well, i have received my latest Board called the boudoir and what a wonderfull board it is, i have made 2 cards this morning and had to stop halfway through my third card to share my makes with you.

I have to admit that i really love this board i have many of the glitter girls boards but this one is a bit difficult to put down.

xmas tree cards

Xmas Tree cards, these are so simple to do, i added a tutorial on how to make the trees a few days ago and i made loads as they were so easy ,
here i have put together 2 simple cards. I hope you enjoy making these quick and simple cards.

For Square card you will need....
Card stock 28cm x 14cm folded in half to form a square,
patterned papers 12.5 cm x 8.5cm and a 12.5cm x 4.5cm (these will be your panels)
Peel offs and a topper, glue whatever your choice, i used a glue stick for patterned papers and wet glue for the topper as it is already dimensial and does not need to be raised unless you want it to be.

For the one below you will need...
A5 card folded in half,
matting card 14cm x 10cm
patterned papers you will need to make 3 squares @ 4cm x 4cm
and 1 panel @ 13cm x 4cm
Topper, peel offs and again glue of your choice.

Digi Stamp cards

Good Morning!

These are the few cards i put together using the Digi stamps i coloured using Promarkers i have not put sentiments on them as i am unsure what sentiments to use.

promarker colouring

Good evening i have had a play with my promarkers today i used them to colour a set of digi stamps i printed off.

I do have the set of skin tones and i am still learning how to blend them properly i do not think i have done too bad on the faces but i have a long way to go yet i am going to have a look around to see if i can get a tutorial on them hope you like them.

not been here for a long time

Things happen and the more i plan to be here the more problems turn up. listen to me anyway some good news.......

I have became a nana again last November to a bootifull baby boy called Jaydon, I was at the birth and he is a fighter, he was born poorly with pyloric stenosis, he had an operation couple of days after christmas and he is all better now :-) . Ellie is loveing being the big sister to him and gets a little bit jelouse of him now and again.

not been around

Well first of all i would like to apologize to my followers for not being around for a while,
As most of you know the reason.
Well im back and i am very much back to my old self again and i am looking forward to posting more. I am going to have a go at doing some projects and posting them here on my blog so bear with me if you please, i am going to have a go at a mini album later today if i can find my camera will get posting pics and instructions when i suss them out myself....
